Small team. Real responsibility. Work you can point to.

We are compact on purpose. That means the people we hire shape the work, talk to clients and see projects through to launch.

  • Remote by design

Not remote-tolerated: remote-first. Clear briefs, written decisions and async reviews, so where you sit does not matter.

  • Senior work, no layers

You work directly with the founder, the client and one or two other specialists. Your decisions reach the product.

  • Multi-market projects

Websites and campaigns for clients in several countries and languages. Rarely the same brief twice.

  • Fair, clear terms

Written scope, agreed rates, on-time payment. Freelance or full-time, we treat both as part of the team.

Roles we are hiring for now.

4 open roles

You will own the design of websites and ecommerce experiences from wireframe to hand-off, working directly with the founder and the lead developer. Projects are multilingual and multi-market, so you will design for Latin and Arabic scripts and for very different audiences.

What you will do

  • Turn positioning and content into page structures, flows and interfaces that convert.
  • Produce design systems in Figma that developers can build from without guesswork.
  • Present work to clients and defend decisions with reasons, not taste.
  • Review live pages after launch and propose improvements based on data.

What you bring

  • 5+ years designing marketing and ecommerce websites, with a portfolio of shipped work.
  • Strong typographic and layout craft; comfort with responsive and RTL layouts.
  • Experience working remotely and asynchronously with a small team.
  • Working English; French or Arabic is a real advantage.

You will build fast, accessible, maintainable websites from Figma designs — landing pages, corporate sites and ecommerce — and connect them to a CMS the client can actually use.

What you will do

  • Build responsive front-ends in HTML, CSS and JavaScript with attention to performance and accessibility.
  • Integrate with a CMS (WordPress, headless or similar) and ecommerce platforms.
  • Set up analytics, tracking and forms so marketing can measure results.
  • Keep code readable and documented for whoever comes next.

What you bring

  • 4+ years building production websites; you can show live examples.
  • Solid HTML/CSS/JS fundamentals; a framework is a tool, not a personality.
  • Care for Core Web Vitals, semantic markup and WCAG basics.
  • Comfortable estimating, communicating blockers early and working async.

You will run paid search and social campaigns for clients in several countries, connect them to landing pages we build, and turn results into clear recommendations.

What you will do

  • Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Work with design and content on ad creative and landing-page tests.
  • Own tracking and reporting; explain what happened and what to do next.
  • Manage budgets across markets and currencies responsibly.

What you bring

  • 3+ years hands-on paid media experience with B2B or ecommerce accounts.
  • Comfort with GA4, Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
  • Ability to write a clear client update without jargon.
  • Multi-market experience is a strong plus.

You will adapt website copy, campaigns and brand messages for French- and Arabic-speaking markets — not word-for-word translation, but content that reads as if it were written there.

What you will do

  • Localise website and campaign copy from English into French and/or Arabic.
  • Advise on tone, cultural fit and market-specific phrasing.
  • Review designs for RTL and typographic issues before launch.
  • Maintain glossaries and consistency across a client’s properties.

What you bring

  • Proven experience localising marketing content, ideally for websites.
  • Native-level French or Arabic and fluent English.
  • An eye for how text behaves in layouts, not only in documents.
  • Reliability on deadlines while working independently.
